Danish organisation Astralis Group announced that it will be merging all of its activities and teams into a singular brand, effective immediately.
The move will see the Origen LEC side and the Future FC FIFA roster move under the Astralis banner alongside its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team.
Berlin-based organisation G2 Esports agreed upon a partnership with Domino’s Pizza Deutschland ahead of the 2020 League of Legends World Championship.
They first worked together in October 2019 for last year’s World Championship and now the deal will see them co-create unique experiences and opportunities for fans, with Domino’s Pizza being named the official quick service restaurant partner of G2 Esports in Germany.
Team Liquid is working with Dell Technologies to open an esports facility in Utrecht, the Dutch city that the organisaton was founded in 20 years ago.
The Alienware Training Facility, the same name as a similar facility in Los Angeles, is state of the art with all the features one would expect from a leading esports organisation’s facility.
Danish tournament organiser BLAST restructured its financial structure to greater benefit its partner organisations for BLAST Premier.
The company cites COVID-19’s impact on the esports industry as the reason behind the revision, hoping that the change “will help provide a more sustainable model for the broader industry.”
North American audio equipment manufacturer Bose became the official headset partner of all League of Legends esports global events.
Starting at the upcoming World Championship, Bose will provide headsets for each global event, including the Mid-Season Invitational and the All-Star Event.
